We appreciate the confidence that our customers put in us and therefore we pay special attention to the management of common projects. We particularly use the benefits of standardised procedures in compliance with ISO standards and the CMMI model. We are aware of the uniqueness of every customer as well as every common project and therefore we do not hesitate to set our standard procedures in such a way that they also comply with client’s methodologies.
- Project lifecycle defines its particular stages and mutual relations. AARON GROUP consistently applies standardised procedures not only during the performance of the respective contract but also during the preparation stage as well as the subsequent maintenance and user support stage.
- Project organisation helps optimally create a project team, efficiently allocate activities and roles, set the type of cooperation with the customer and define the powers and competence.
- Project planning provides all participants in the project with a realistic view of the time parameters of individual activities, following activities and critical points. It prepares the customer beforehand for the opportunity of a user check on the performance in progress and for customer’s participation in the project on a regular basis.
- Risk management of external and internal nature is an integral part of the project organisation and planning within AARON GROUP. Our experience in developing extensive applications in cooperation with third-party systems helps us better identify, presuppose and subsequently reduce risks.
- Project quality management is a clear priority for us. The quality of each contract performance is planned and monitored throughout the project. The audit of project output quality guarantees the achievement of set targets, compliance with standards and laws, and particularly compliance with users’ requirements.
- Project communication is a key factor for us to attain the expected benefits and to complete the project within its deadline. Formal means of communication are based on ISO standards and the CMMI model, and are always integrated with our personal approach to each client.
For all software contracts we adhere to the processes defined under the “Software Development Lifecycle Management” methodology, which was created with the contribution of the ESF (European Social Fund) and is based on ISO standards and a CMMI model.
Emphasis is laid particularly on the following:
- ICT supply management
- Developing and gathering user’s requirements
