
The extensive know-how the team had gained in numerous projects over the past years gave rise to Symphony, a unique middleware booking system, directly connected to the Amadeus global distribution system. The Symphony middleware solution brought about completely new opportunities for on-line booking and sales of plane tickets over the internet. This includes the respect for preferences of individual types of passengers (business trips, holiday travel, congress tourism, etc.) or the groundbreaking way of combining the individual flights to find an optimal route within a defined timeframe. Symphony-based applications already generate turnover of more than CZK 10 billion a year for travel agencies and airlines.
Given our strategic partnership with Amadeus Czech Republic, we could offer a comprehensive and strong background to customers not only in the Czech Republic but also seven other European countries (Slovakia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Croatia and Slovenia).
