Internet booking (2002)

The gradual integration of a number of services and loyalty programs onto the web portal of the Czech national carrier has become a pilot program for AARON GROUP. The company has worked closely with an External Communications Department at CSA to establish a personalised web server using the CMS system with almost 2000 dynamic pages which reflect not only the company’s modern approach to new technology, but also the concept of the entire portal which is aimed at the marketing and commercial use of the internet.

	CSA Internet Booking System The Business-to-Consumer (B2C) application is connected to API interface of the Amadeus global reservation system (GDS). The new module with Half-Price Fares offers on „one“click, while selecting a destination with the lowest price preference, 29 days with the lowest available prices. All of the applications are operated on Czech Airlines servers. AARON GROUP provides support associated with the implementation, installation and configuration of the new program tools on CSA servers.
