Why the AARON GROUP

AARON GROUP is mainly composed of people. We strongly emphasize our trust in functional and verified long-term relationships. We are aware of the fact that only companies that are healthy on the inside can be successful.

We are looking for reliable, independent people who are capable of bringing in fresh ideas, in particular for team players who would adequately compliment our team and fight for our joint objectives with courage. Long-term experience and education is a pleasant bonus for applicants; however, not a key requirement. 

Adequate willingness and energy to work on yourself and to join the team make the best foundation for efficient collaboration.
